Help shape the next phase of Brookill Close
Proposals for new homes at Brookhill Close were approved in 2023, delivering much needed new affordable homes. Construction of Phase 1 is now underway. Since then, changes to building regulations, fire safety requirements and design standards mean that the approved plans for Phase 2 need to be updated.

Hyde, the not-for-profit housing provider leading the development, is now looking to share revised proposals for around 150 new homes as part of Phase 2, with ambitions that as many of these homes as possible are affordable homes for rent and shared ownership.
Before the plans are finalised, we would like to hear your views.
Consultation
Thank you to those who attended our public consultation on the 2nd of September, if you were unable to attend the exhibition you can still view the information on this website and provide feedback using the form below. The sections that follow explain the wider regeneration of Brookhill Close, what is being considered for Phase 2 and what will happen after the consultation.
Our proposals
Updating the approved Phase 2 plans provides an opportunity to respond to current building regulations, fire safety requirements and design standards, while also improving the mix of homes, exploring how more affordable homes could be delivered and creating attractive streets and green spaces that complete Brookhill Close as one neighbourhood.
You can view the boards presented at our public consultation in September here.

Next steps
Following the consultation, Hyde will review the feedback received and consider how the proposals can respond to the issues raised.
The project team will then continue to develop the design before submitting a planning application to the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
A Statement of Community Involvement will accompany the application. It will explain how the consultation was undertaken, summarise the feedback received and identify how comments have influenced the proposals.
